Unity raises this event when CustomRenderTexture.Initialize is called.

Use this event to keep track of CustomRenderTexture initialization. This is useful if you are writing your own CustomRenderTexture update loop. Additional resources: Rendering.GraphicsSettings.disableBuiltinCustomRenderTextures.
